PE042 PO - Self Defense

As the foundation for training, students will learn fundamentals of self-defense which will include blocks, strikes, and kicks, with an emphasis on practical and common-sense self-defense applications. This includes body movement, footwork, evading/escaping and joint locks/manipulations. Pads will be used to augment kicking & striking techniques. The class will be safe, engaging, challenging and fun. Self-defense videos are part of the curriculum to enhance your overall knowledge and mental awareness.
