This class is designed to accommodate all skill levels. Class consists of technical work, drills, and game play. Skills covered include proper handling, body and foot position, ball and stick control, tackling, receiving, stopping, passing and shooting. Also covered are situational (offense, defense) game strategies, set piece play, rules of play, and terminology. This class will also improve your overall fitness, flexibility, muscular strength, and muscular endurance, all while learning the game of field hockey!
