Astronomy Minor

Requirements for a Minor in Astronomy

Students may complete a minor in astronomy by completing the physics introductory sequence (see here ), ASTR 062 PO  and ASTR 101 PO  and two additional full courses from the lists below, with at least one coming from list 2.

1. ASTR 051 PO  
2. PHYS 101 PO  or two advanced astrophysics half-courses (ASTR 121 PO , ASTR 123 PO , ASTR 125 PO )
