Chemistry Minor

Requirements for a Minor in Chemistry

For the Chemistry Minor, students must complete a minimum of six chemistry courses, including CHEM 001A PO , CHEM 001B PO  (or CHEM 051 PO ); CHEM 110A PO , CHEM 110B PO ; CHEM 156 PO  or CHEM 158A PO ; and one upper-division elective. The elective may be either a full course or two half courses. Molecular biology majors may not minor in chemistry. Courses taken for completion of the minor must be taken for a letter grade.
