This international relations course explores how nation-states and non-state actors engage in diplomacy using formal private channels (summits, conferences, UN, etc.) and informal mass public platforms - specifically via social media networks. We will examine this process through the lens of major internatonal conflicts and disputes, including: Europe-Russia, United States-China, and Iran-Israel, among others.
