This course is intended for actors, students with an interest in performance, and anyone who wishes to explore movement as a method for making meaning. Students will be offered a range of physical and creative processes that can stand alone or serve as gateways to further training in theater-based techniques and movement praxes. We focus on body/mind awareness and the multiple ways the body interacts with forms and practices that lead to presence, inner discipline, integration, ease, joy, and a sense of play. May be repeated 4 times for credit.
