Fitness is defined as the state of being physically fit and healthy. Being fit not only means physical health, but emotional and mental health, too. It defines every aspect of your health. Smart eating and active living are fundamental to fitness and overall wellness. This course will provide guidance in these areas to help students build a healthier lifestyle. P/NC only. May be repeated 8 times for credit. This course has been revised for spring 2021. Satisfies the following General Education Requirement(s), subject to conditions explained in the Degree Requirements section of this Catalog: Physical Education
