If you love sports then you’ll love speed lacrosse. This class is suitable for novices, pros and everyone in between. Speed lacrosse is 3 vs 3 lacrosse played on a small field with small goals and a tennis ball. It blends concepts of basketball, soccer, hockey and tennis. It’s a lifetime sport that encourages creativity and teamwork and is exceptionally fun. No prior experience in lacrosse is required, you will learn as we go along! P/NC only. May be repeated for credit.
