Intermediate Swimming is designed to be a continuation of Beginning Swimming. The course covers techniques in all four competitive swimming strokes as well diving, basic water safety/lifeguarding techniques and many other water based activities. The course will also introduce participants to the idea of swimming as a lifetime activity for fitness and wellness. P/NC only. May be repeated for credit.
