In this class, students will learn how to: practice proper and safe use of resistance training equipment; learn major muscle groups of the human body and exercises that can effectively strengthen them; utilize the principles of weight training to develop an effective, personalized workout program; improve overall flexibility, muscular strength, and muscular endurance. P/NC only. May be repeated for credit. Satisfies the following General Education Requirement(s), subject to conditions explained in the Degree Requirements section of this Catalog: Physical Education
