Examines how interests, individuals, institutions, ideas, and interest groups have shaped U.S. foreign policy after the end of the Cold War and the shock of 9/11. This course will look into the domestic and international factors that have led to a sweeping shift in foreign policy from 9/11 to the Trump administration.
