Instruction will focus on the alignment principles of yoga postures, yoga philosophy, and breathing techniques. Yoga practice will give students the opportunity to develop an awareness of their body posture, improve overall physical health, mental clarity, and gain skills for stress management. P/NC only. May be repeated for credit. Satisfies the following General Education Requirement(s), subject to conditions explained in the Degree Requirements section of this Catalog: Physical Education
