Cutting edge topics in Applied Mathematics that will be of interest to students in a broad range of disciplines. Specific topics might include: Optimization, variational methods, discrete models, stochastic differential equations, delay differential equations, control theory & perturbation methods. Prerequisites: MATH 102 PO and either MATH 101 PO or MATH 131 PO . May be repeated once for credit. This course has been revised for fall 2018 .
