Topics will cover approaches to the global politics of land use, energy and extraction. Topics will include power struggles linked to changing climate and limited resources. The course will examine statutory and common law frameworks for regulation of food production, energy use, waste, emissions and human migration. Letter grade only. Prerequisite: POLI 005 PO or POLI 008 PO or equivalent.
