Interrogation of linguistics, conceptual and practical solipsisms that contribute to the construction and normalization of “Whiteness” in aesthetics, visual culture and cultural criticism. Questions dialects of “Blackness” and “Whiteness” that dominate Western intellectual thought and popular culture, thereby informing notions and visual representations of race, gender, sexuality, class and nationality. Letter grade only.
