This course is designed to provide an overview of the field of applied anthropology. Introduction to the history, theory and methodology; uses of anthropology to solve social, economic, health and development problems, domestically and internationally. Students will conduct their own fieldwork on an applied issue of their choice. Satisfies the following General Education Requirement(s), subject to conditions explained in the Degree Requirements section of this Catalog: Area 2
