A linguistic and psychological examination of a central topic in cognitive science. For example, metaphor, language and thought, modularity of the mind, concepts and experimental pragmatics. Normally to be taken in the junior year. Topics vary from year to year. Prerequisites: LGCS 011 PO. May be repeated once for credit.
