Advanced Modern Dance Technique and Theory. In-depth exploration of modern dance technique with special attention to style, performance and principles of ensemble dancing. Introduction to 20th-century modern dance repertory. Selected readings and written assignments, in addition to studio work. Prerequisite: previous dance training. May be repeated once for credit.
